Refund Policy

Cancellation
You may request to cancel the order any time before the completion of the order. The amount of refund will be determined on a pro-rata basis for the amount of work completed.

For example, if your order has not been assigned to a translator when you made the cancellation request, you will be entitled to a full refund.While if you place the order after the completion of the order, no refund will be issued. In case of a request to cancel while the order is in progress, the amount will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

For services other than translation, which have not been provided yet, the full amount will be refunded while for services that have been provided, no amount will be refunded.

Refund
Except for USCIS, we do not offer refunds for translation acceptance issues. To give you peace of mind when ordering our service, we offer a money-back guarantee for certified translations declined by USCIS. We may also be able to assist you with specific certification requirements for other official purposes, contact our support team for more information.

Revisions

We offer free revisions for the service provided for thirty (30) days after the completion of your order. If you have information that might assist us in accurately translating your document such as legible names, addresses, and numbers, that might be illegible on the scanned document, please include that information on the “Notes to translator” section when placing your order.
